Visitor Terms

Version [1.0], effective [DATE]. These terms apply when you chat with the Advisor on the website or app of Intentio Partners.

By sending a message to the Advisor you agree to these terms.

1. What the Advisor is. The Advisor is an AI assistant run by Intentio Partners and powered by the Engage360 platform from Intentio Partners. It answers from information that Intentio Partners has approved. It is not a person.

2. Accuracy. The Advisor can make mistakes. Treat its answers as general guidance, not as a quote, an offer, a contract, or legal, medical or financial advice. Prices, availability, ownership and legal status are confirmed only by Intentio Partners directly. If the Advisor does not know something it will say so and may offer to connect you with the team.

3. Sharing your details. You never have to share personal details to chat. If you choose to share a name, phone number or email, the Advisor asks first and shows a notice. By sharing them you agree that Intentio Partners may contact you about your enquiry using those details.

4. What you must not do. Do not misuse the Advisor. No unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or extract confidential information from the service, no automated scraping, and no sharing of other people's personal details.

5. Availability. The service is provided as is. It may be unavailable at times and may change or stop.

6. Liability. To the extent the law allows, neither Intentio Partners nor Intentio Partners is liable for loss arising from reliance on the Advisor's answers. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded. [LAWYER: confirm wording.]
