Visitor Privacy Notice

Who is responsible
- Intentio Partners decides why and how your information is used.
- Intentio Partners operates the Engage360 platform for Intentio Partners and handles your information on its behalf.

What is collected

Phone numbers and emails you share are masked in the stored chat text and kept separately as contact details for the team of Intentio Partners. Please do not type passwords, payment details or government ID numbers into the chat.
How it is used
- To answer your questions and pass your enquiry to Intentio Partners.
- To show Intentio Partners activity such as visitors, countries, where chats end and which questions the Advisor could not answer.
- To keep the service secure and working.
Your information is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Who can see it
- The team of Intentio Partners can see conversations and the contact details you share.
- Intentio Partners support does not read conversations by default. If support must open one to fix a problem, it records a reason, and that record is visible to Intentio Partners.
- Service providers that host the platform and run the AI model process messages only to provide the service. [LAWYER: list providers and their countries.]
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Information is stored on cloud services located in [LAWYER: regions], so it may be processed outside India.
How long it is kept
- IP addresses: 7 days.
- Conversations and contact details: until Intentio Partners deletes them or asks us to delete them, or for [LAWYER: retention period].
- Consent records: as long as the related contact details are kept.
Your choices
You may ask Intentio Partners to give you access to your information, correct it or delete it, withdraw your consent to be contacted, or raise a complaint, using the privacy contact above. A reply is due within [LAWYER: 30] days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the saved conversation ID from your device.
Children
The Advisor is not meant for children under [LAWYER: 18]. Please do not share a child's details.
Changes
Updates are posted here with a new version and date.
